Class Adjustment Form

Note:

• Non-attendance or an email request does not constitute an official withdrawal from a course. You MUST contact your Program Manager (kim@embanet.com) for further assistance.
• Tuition and fees are refunded if students complete a class adjustment form to drop the class prior to the start of the course. Tuition is refunded before or on the published date for Last day for 100% tuition only. Please note that this policy is applicable regardless of the students' attendance in the class.
