Her research focuses on understanding the challenges and barriers of engaging in occupations for older adults living with vision loss. Her clinical practice over the years has spanned the healthcare continuum, with experience working with adults in environments of acute care, rehabilitation, long-term care, hospice, and home care. Her current practice focuses on older adults living in the community who are at risk due to frailty, limited access to services, socioeconomic status, and age.
