Minimum Requirements for PC users:
Operating System: Windows 98/2000/NT/XP
Ram:128 MB recommended
Free disk space: 50 MB (100 MB recommended)
CPU speed: 266 MHz (500 MHz recommended)
Suggested Browser*: Internet Explorer version
5.0 to 5.5 SP2 and 6.0
- Software needed: Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft
Word, Microsoft Excel and
Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Modem: 56 k modem (DSL or cable modem recommended
if your
course is graphic intensive)
- Sound Card and speakers
* Netscape is not supported or recommended by the
developers of
IntraLearn; however, most features will work
Minimum Requirements for MAC users:
Operating System: 7.5 - or higher
Ram: 128 MB recommended
Free disk space: 50 MB (100 MB recommended)
CPU Speed: PowerMacintosh or higher
Suggested Browser*: MAC OS 8.x - 9.x use IE 5.1.7
and MAC OS
10.x use IE 5.2.3
- Software needed: Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft
Word, Microsoft Excel and
Microsoft PowerPoint.

AOL Users
IntraLearn does not support AOL's browser. To
ensure trouble-free operation, the best solution
is to use another browser after logging onto your
AOL account. You need at least Internet Explorer
version 5.0 to 6.0 installed on your computer.
Please do the following each time you login to
your course:
- Log onto AOL.
- Minimize (do not close) the AOL window
- Open Internet Explorer
- Enter the correct URL for your course
- Login
Browser Support and Plug-in Report:
With regards to plug-ins such as Flash, Director,
Java, QuickTime, RealPlayer, please ensure that
you are using the most recent versions.

the common plug-ins installed on your system please

Virus Protection
It is strongly recommended that you install an
anti-virus program on your computer if you do
not have one. If you already have an anti-virus
program on your computer, it is recommended that
